It offers the listing, filtering, and comparison of cars from various car rental companies (third parties) who are the car lessors (operators). As an intermediary service provider, Topgear Car Rental L.L.C requires the Service Recipient to be a member of the website and comply with the site's terms of use in order to ensure that the service is complete and flawless.

In this Agreement, which defines the mutual rights and obligations of the parties, the website refers to the platform that allows Members to access car rental services by becoming a member through their internet-connected computers or other electronic/mobile devices.

By logging into this site, the Member is deemed to have accepted the membership terms and the rules of the Agreement. Furthermore, the Member declares, accepts, and commits that they have read and fully understood the entirety of this Agreement, have electronically approved its provisions, completed the membership process, and that the “Privacy and Cookie Policy” and “Clarification Text” on the mentioned website are integral parts and annexes of this Agreement. The Member also agrees to act in accordance with the declarations provided by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C regarding the membership services offered on the site.

1. DEFINITIONS

• Vehicle: A vehicle listed for rental by third-party providers on the Topgear Car Rental L.L.C website for a fee that can be rented by Members.
• Website: The website of Topgear Car Rental L.L.C, where services are provided to users under the Topgear Car Rental L.L.C domain name.
• User/Member: Real and/or legal persons who register on the site and start receiving services.
• Service: The presentation of vehicles belonging to third-party car rental companies listed on the Topgear Car Rental L.L.C website and Mobile Applications to users, the establishment of necessary communication/payment infrastructure to enable the user to rent vehicles based on the prices and specifications determined by the third-party car rental companies, acting as an intermediary in creating a "car rental agreement" between the user and the third-party car rental company, and transmitting the user’s reservation to the third-party car rental company.
• Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data, whether automated or not, such as obtaining, recording, storing, maintaining, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making accessible, classifying, or preventing its use.
• Agreement: This document containing the Membership Terms, and the Privacy and Cookie Policy and Clarification Text, which are inseparable parts of this document.
• Site: The website located at the Topgear Car Rental L.L.C URL.
• Mobile Applications: The Topgear Car Rental L.L.C mobile applications designed to function on tablets and smartphones, through which car rental listings can be accessed.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT - SERVICES
   This Agreement regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the services provided by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C on its website and Mobile Application, through which Users (real and/or legal persons) can become members, select, and rent vehicles listed by third-party car rental companies. These services include the classification of data uploaded by third-party car rental companies to Topgear Car Rental L.L.C’s database, promotion of various vehicles, the facilitation of vehicle rental between Users and third-party car rental companies, and the collection of rental fees (after deducting commission fees) from Users on behalf of third-party rental companies.

Topgear Car Rental L.L.C provides services for renting vehicles based on selected listings on the Site, offering Users the possibility to rent the vehicles they choose. Users are required to pay the rental fees to Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. Topgear Car Rental L.L.C acts as an intermediary between Users and third-party car rental companies. The publication of listings on the website and the purchase of services by Member Users are subject to the conditions set by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. The User agrees, accepts, and commits to paying the required rental fee for the selected vehicle in advance and in accordance with the terms of this Membership Agreement. Topgear Car Rental L.L.C reserves the right to change the commission added to the car rental fee, as well as to modify, suspend, or terminate the content or form of services related to the site or listings at its discretion.

3. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have carefully read the terms of this Agreement before registering on the website; that they are over the age of 18; that they will fill in the required information during the membership process completely and truthfully, and by checking the "accept" box, they will complete the membership process, and that they will be bound by the terms of this Agreement as of the moment they complete the registration process.

The member user may register and benefit from the services by creating an account using their email address on the Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. e-commerce website. It will not be possible to register with an email address that has already been used before.

3.1. USER RIGHTS
The user can access the site using the username/password provided to them by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C., which is created and shared via the email address provided during registration for the service package they purchase. 3.2. USER OBLIGATIONS

• Provide accurate information during the membership process and immediately inform Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. of any changes in the provided information, updating their information on the website,
• Be solely responsible for any service accessibility issues caused by incorrect entry of the username and/or password,
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of their password,
• Ensure their username and password are not used by third parties, and Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. will not be held responsible for any damages caused by this,
• Prevent any inappropriate use contrary to this Agreement and immediately report such use to Topgear Car Rental L.L.C.,
• Provide necessary and sufficient internet access to use the services,
• Use a device that supports access to the website and applications,
• Take necessary measures to ensure the security of their connections,
• Pay the service fee using a payment method accepted by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C.,
• Keep track of any changes to the terms of this Agreement and terminate their membership if they do not accept such changes,
• Not transfer their account to a third party and use their membership personally,
• Not copy, transfer, display, or use the website content in violation of this Agreement,
• Not violate the intellectual property rights of Topgear Car Rental L.L.C.,
• Not use or distribute any viruses, worms, or similar harmful technologies that may damage the website or other users,
• Not engage in data mining, data collection, or extraction methods,
• The user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and not fraudulent. The user will be liable for any damage arising from incorrect or fraudulent information and will indemnify Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. for any losses incurred as a result.

4. TOPGEAR CAR RENTAL L.L.C. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. may, at its discretion, change the information, the terms of this User Agreement, and all other policies on the website, including privacy policies, by posting them on the website and/or publishing them without prior notice, as long as it is not contrary to the applicable legislation. The changes made to these matters will take effect on the date they are published on the website, and provisions that have not been changed will remain in force. Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. reserves the right to change the domain name, appearance, and content of the site at any time.

Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. may transfer or assign the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement to a third party, and the user agrees to cooperate with Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. in such a transfer.

Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. undertakes to fulfill its responsibilities under the Personal Data Protection Law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The intellectual property rights for the name and logo of Topgear Car Rental L.L.C., the website design, software, code, and all other related content are owned by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C. The user is not permitted to use, share, distribute, or modify any of these intellectual property rights without prior permission.

7. SERVICE FEES AND BILLING
The user will not be required to pay any fee for membership registration. For vehicle rentals, the user agrees to pay the rental fees as stated on the website, using a payment method accepted by Topgear Car Rental L.L.C.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION
